CK Lau is the Managing Director of Colliers International responsible for valuation and advisory services in the Asian region. He has over 30 years’ property experience in valuation, real estate consultancy and investment sales market in Hong Kong, the PRC and the Asian region.
His expertise includes development consultancy; government lease modification application and premium negotiations; investment and development sites sales; litigation valuation advice and expert witness in the High Court/Lands Tribunal/arbitration; portfolio valuations; REIT property advice; rental determination; and valuation due diligence services.
He writes regularly on topics relating to land use and development in Hong Kong since 2010. His collection of over 200 articles in the Hong Kong Economic Journal and other publications can be viewed through the following link:

Bill is a Senior Director in the Industrial Services business in Hong Kong. He is an industry-leading real estate expert with leasing and investment expertise spanning 28 years in industrial brokerage and manufacturing. He has an extensive track record of major leasing, disposition, and acquisition deals across a range of assets in multiple global markets.
Not only that, he has specific experience with cold and self-storage assets, and advised GDS Holdings Ltd on setting up their first data centre space in Hong Kong, which complements the focus areas of multiple Colliers’ business lines.
He recently re-joined Colliers after leaving in 2019 to work in Canada for DHF Capitals, a real estate development and property management company, and he now looks forward to accelerating the success of our clients and people.

BUSINESS AND EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND
Thomas has joined Colliers as Executive Director of Capital Markets in July 2019. In a way, this is a homecoming for Thomas as he was with Colliers’ Capital Markets team between 2006 and 2008. Prior to joining back Colliers, he was with Knight Frank as Senior Director of Capital Markets, where he completed transactions of over HK$8 billion.
Stanley is an industry-leading real estate professional with over 20 years’ experience working in Hong Kong’s property investment market. During this time, Stanley worked as an Executive Director and the former Head of Capital Markets for a competitor from 2012 to 2020 where he handled over HK$8-billion in transaction value
Stanley has a bachelor’s degree in Surveying and an MBA from the University of Hong Kong. Since completing his educational studies, Stanley has continued his professional development to become a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors and RICS.
Stanley’s transactional background and core skill set includes handling tenders and auctions for major assets such as retail podiums, enbloc buildings, development sites, major shopping centres, grade A offices and luxury residential. He also has experience on property acquisitions and disposal for major developers, investors and end-users in Hong Hong, as well as overseas institutional investors.
Cynthia Ng is an award-winning retail services veteran with more than 14 years’ experience. Cynthia was educated in Sydney and holds a bachelor degree in Construction Economics (Quantity Surveying) from University of Technology, Sydney. She started her career with major developers in Sydney and has spent the last 11 years in Hong Kong with global property agencies working across all key retail sectors and high-profile fashion, F&B and international FMCG brands.
As Executive Director of Retail Services, Cynthia leads the successful operation of the retail brokerage business, meeting the needs of the company and her clients, while cultivating a team with the best leasing advisory and negotiating skills.
Prior to joining Colliers, she worked in CBRE as Director of Hong Kong Retail, with a key focus on international brands entering and expanding in Hong Kong. In 2015 she won the ‘Excellence in retail services’ award from CBRE, recognising her achievements in business.
