He knows “first-hand” what is right and what can go wrong when a tenant’s lease and the accompanying economic obligations no longer meet a tenant’s business objectives. He also understands how an office lease must be tailored to a tenant’s business plan, and must include flexibility the tenant needs to be successful throughout changing economic times.

Cutler has negotiated office leases for over 25 years. He has managed, marketed, sold and leased multiple commercial office properties totaling well over two million square feet. Cutler also represents tenants in their negotiation and construction of office space. Cutler is a graduate of Arizona State University, Tempe, Arizona, and holds a degree in Real Estate.
