AREA OF EXPERTISE
William joined Colliers International in 2010. Prior to joining Colliers, William was co-founder of Crossroads Commercial Realty, a boutique commercial real estate firm serving south central Pennsylvania, eastern West Virginia, and northern Maryland. The firm, now under the Colliers name, provides a full range of commercial real estate services. Drawing on his 15+ years in the commercial real estate industry, William is well established in the Central Pennsylvania market and beyond. He is client-service oriented and specializes in the retail/commercial arena including exclusive tenant and landlord representation and investment sales. He has expertise in industrial and office assignments, investment sales, development, and consulting of mixed use development projects.

PROFESSIONAL ACCOMPLISHMENTS
At CB Richard Ellis William was a Senior Vice President of the retail division for 7 years. Early in his career William secured the exclusive tenant rep account with Target stores in central PA. He successfully concluded four Target deals along with 2+ million SF of shopping center development. William secured a similar assignment with Wal-Mart over a larger territory--approximately 40 counties (PA has sixty seven counties), and managed their store expansion and relocation program to include 10+ deals over 5 years.
