In March 2006, Mr. Walker Ryan joined Colliers International as an Associate in the Office Service Group specializing in Tenant Representation and Owner representation.  Walker’s ability to determine value, his market knowledge and ability to work well with clients has enabled him to have a fast start at Colliers.

Mr. Ryan began his career in 1999 at The Friedkin Companies as a Financial Analyst.  In 2001, Walker accepted a position as an associate appraiser at Lewis Realty Advisors. After spending a year and half at Lewis, Walker accepted a job with Avail Consulting (formerly Arthur Andersen’s valuation group) in the Real Estate division.  In 2005, Walker accepted a position with U.S. Trust, as a Vice President in the Business Development division.

Mr. Ryan graduated in May of 1999 from Baylor University where he received a Bachelor of Business Administration, majoring in Finance.
