Mr. Ryan joined Colliers International as an Associate in the Office Services Group in 2006, specializing in tenant representation and owner representation. Walker’s ability to determine value, his market knowledge and ability to work well with clients has enabled him to have a fast start at Colliers. In 1999, Mr. Ryan began his career at The Friedkin companies as a Financial Analyst. In 2001, Walker took a job as an associate appraiser at Lewis Realty Advisors.

After spending a year and a half at Lewis Realty Advisors, Walker accepted a job with Avail consulting (formerly Arthur Andersen’s valuation group) in the Real Estate division. In 2005, Walker accepted a position with U.S. Trust, as a Vice President in the Business Development division.
