Tracy Ryan Edwards relocated from California to join Colliers Turley Martin Tucker as a property manager in January 2007. Tracy currently manages a mixed portfolio of properties in the Greater Dayton area. Her previous experience includes working in the Inland Empire industrial market as a Property Manager with ProLogis, and five years with CB Richard Ellis, as a Senior Facility Manager. Her assignment with CBRE included oversight of campus, office and retail space, and provided her the opportunity to work in Seattle, Chicago and Los Angeles. Tracy got her start in property management by spending nine years managing multi-family housing in California and two years managing a clinical research facility in Seattle.

She has a proven track record of managing multiple and competing priorities, including budgets, vendor performance, and employee mentoring and training. Tracy's key strengths include dedication to customer service, communication skills and ability to align performance with company goals.

Tracy is involved in the Dayton community as a member of the Dayton Area Chamber of Commerce, Beavercreek Chamber of Commerce and the Dayton Tooling & Manufacturing Association. She is also a volunteer instructor for Junior Achievement and a troop leader for Girl Scouts of Western Ohio.
