Mr. Hayes joined Colliers International in 2012 and is an assistant vice president in the Capital Markets group. He focuses on the valuation and marketing of investment sales properties throughout New England. Mr. Hayes draws a decade of real estate development, acquisitions and finance experience.

Prior to joining Colliers, Mr. Hayes was a senior real estate analyst at Quarry Capital Partners, LLC. At Quarry, Mr. Hayes managed the due diligence and underwriting of four residential mortgage portfolios with an unpaid principal balance of over $90,000,000 on behalf of the company.

Prior to Quarry Capital Partners, LLC, Mr. Hayes was an Acquisitions Analyst for Compass Realty Associates, assisting with the acquisition and development of numerous retail centers throughout New England.
