He specializes in representing tenants looking for warehouse space in Poland and represents them during negotiations of lease terms. Recently he has cooperated with Leroy Merlin (3,750 sq m) and Intermarche (27,000 sq m).

Tomasz Kasperowicz has over 10 years of professional experience gained while working for companies such as DTZ, Apsys and Menard Doswell & Co. Over the last decade he was involved in many key projects for Europolis, Ghelamco, Europa Capital and many others. He took part in the most important industrial market transactions of over 500,000 square meters in total.
