Tom Lagos joined Colliers International in 2008 as Senior Vice President. Today, as Executive Vice President at Colliers International in downtown Los Angeles, Tom runs the Colliers Retail 360 team and specializes in the disposition of anchored retail investments throughout the Western United States.
Since joining Colliers, Tom has served as Director of Retail Services for Greater Los Angeles from 2009-2013 and has been a member of the National Retail Steering Committee since 2009. Additionally, Tom stays involved in the retail industry nationally as a member of ICSC and Certified Commercial Investments Member (CCIM) designee.
Tom has dedicated his entire professional life to doing one thing and one thing only: selling retail properties. This specialization has allowed him to build strong relationships, superior market knowledge and to be known in the industry as the person to see when it comes to retail investments.
Tom’s primary strategy over the past 20 years has been to build and maintain long-term relationships with his clients based on a solid foundation of trust, competence, and results-driven service. In this time, Tom and his team have closed more than $2.8 Billion in retail transactions.

Tom began his real estate career almost 20 years ago in 1994, just one week after graduating from University of Southern California with a BS in Business Administration.
Tom joined Colliers International in 2008 as Senior Vice President. Previously, Tom worked at Grubb & Ellis where he spent 14 years and advanced from an entry-level runner to Senior Vice President.
