Tom Lagos joined Colliers International in 2008 as a Senior Vice President. Today, Tom leads a premier national investment team and serves as an Executive Vice President specializing in the disposition of retail investments throughout the United States.
Since joining Colliers, Tom served as the Director of Retail Services for Greater Los Angeles from 2009-2013 and has continually held an active membership within the National Steering Committee.
Tom stays involved in the retail industry as a member of ICSC and as a Certified Commercial Investments Member (CCIM) designee.
Tom’s primary strategy over the past 20 years has been to build and maintain long-term relationships with his clients based on a solid foundation of trust, competence, and result-driven service. In this time, Tom and his team have closed over $3 Billion in retail transactions throughout the country.

Tom began his commercial real estate career in 1994 – one week after graduating from the University of Southern California. He has dedicated his entire professional life to doing one thing and one thing only: selling retail properties. This specialization has allowed Tom to build strong relationships, superior market knowledge and is known in the industry as the “go to” person when it comes to retail investments. Prior to Colliers International, Tom worked at Grubb & Ellis and advanced from an entry-level runner to Senior Vice President.
