Experience
Tom became a key member for the Kansas City Office Team by being responsible for leasing over one million square feet of office space in some of the area's most prestigious buildings. Tom is also a member of the highly active Tenant Advisory Group that focuses on transactions throughout Greater Kansas City.
Tom is the transaction manager for the H&R Block corporate solutions account, which includes H&R Block's subsidiaries. His corporate solutions work has included nationwide office aquisitions, relocations, renewals and dispositions.
