Todd N. Edmonds, a Principal at Colliers International in Houston, Texas, joined the firm as a Vice President in the Industrial/ Land Division in 2002. Already recognized for his expertise and knowledge of the Greater Houston area, Todd was given the responsibility of expanding Colliers’ presence in the land and industrial/office markets throughout the Houston Metropolitan area. Todd's contacts and experience allowed him to quickly accomplish those goals. He has continually been recognized among the top producers with Colliers from 2002-2007.
Todd commenced his commercial real estate career in the late 1980’s as a real estate consultant and valuation expert, continuing a family history in the Houston commercial real estate market dating back to 1945. As an Associate with Edmonds & Company, he worked directly with developers, investors, lenders and large institutions in analyzing market trends, pricing, acquisition and disposition scenarios for commercial properties throughout the Greater Houston area. In 1997, Todd joined The Betz Companies where he specialized in the sale, leasing and acquisition of land, office/warehouse and commercial land with these activities primarily focused in northwest Houston and south Montgomery County. While with the Betz Companies, Todd was among the top producers in 1999, 2000, and 2001.
