Mr. Smith joined Colliers Bennett & Kahnweiler, Inc. in 1996 and works primarily in the Company's Investment and Leasing divisions and has been recognized by the Denver Business Journal on a consistent basis for transaction volume. In the last 5 years T.J. has completed over 500 transactions consisting of more than 5.5 million SF with an estimated transaction volume in excess of $220 million. Approximately 80% of Mr. Smith's business is Landlord Representation with primarily individual owners and larger institutional investors. T.J. currently leads and manages a four person transaction team which handles over 2 million SF of projects for sale or lease.

The RREEF Funds:
Mr. Smith's relationship with RREEF began three years ago with the leasing assignment for their southeast Denver flex projects totaling 384,000 SF. Since that time, Mr. Smith has completed in excess of 110 leases and has continued to keep the project at above market occupancy.
Watumull Properties Corp.:
Watumull Properties owns more than one million SF in Denver and T.J. has been involved in the leasing, disposition, and acquisition of the majority of this portfolio.
The Mindlin Companies:
T.J.'s team was awarded the exclusive leasing assignment for Mindlin's six building complex in the Montbello submarket. In the first four months of the listing, fourteen leases were executed compared with virtually no activity for the previous eight months. Once stabilized, the complex was brought to market and generated ten offers.
PRC, LLC:
Mr. Smith has represented PRC on numerous instate and national requirements in excess of 230,000 SF.
Edward Jones:
Completed in excess of 60 branch leases for this nationally recognized Investment Services Company.
H&R Block:
Successfully disposed of three (3) freestanding facilities to new investor/owner-users.
Triple Net Properties:
Mr. Smith represents nearly 380,000 SF of flex projects in southeast Denver and has sold two projects on their behalf.
