Tina Granger is a Marketing and Real Estate Management professional with Colliers Property Management Services. She is currently working as an onsite manager and marketing director for a neighborhood shopping center for one of the firm’s major portfolios.

Tina works closely with the President of Colliers Property Management Services in developing a detailed and successful rebranding plan for this historical property located in Orange Texas., She brings a variety of real estate experience to the management team. Tina’s experience includes; residential and commercial property management, construction management, real estate development planning, and real estate marketing and networking.  Tina also has more than six years of experience in residential and commercial real estate sales and leasing and is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in Texas.  Tina earned a Bachelor of Applied Arts and Sciences Degree, with a minor in Psychology from Lamar University, graduating with honors.

In addition to her professional and educational efforts, Tina has been an active member of her local community.  She has served in several leadership positions for her local real estate board including Secretary, Vice-President and on the Board of Directors. Her passion for education and personal growth opportunities has led her to serve on the Education Committee, Scholarship Committee, and the Texas Real Estate Political Action Committee for her local board.  Along with her membership in the local Chamber of Commerce, Tina has also participated in various volunteer projects which include Project Graduation, March for Parks and Relay for Life.
