My name is Al Edwards and I am the Data Center Manager for Nokia in the Americas. I am responsible for all operations in leased data centers across the US and I am writing in reference to Tim Huffman. Tim was the business liaison for our Data Center provider QTS. He was directly responsible for leading a team of technical, legal and business experts on both sides of our deal. As the lead negotiator for the landlord, Tim worked very closely with the Chief Counsel of Nokia, myself and several other members of our operations and contracts team to structure a multi-location data center project in Georgia and California. Nokia has very stringent contract and SLA requirements and Tim proved himself to be a very knowledgable and skillful leader in the negotiation process which ultimately led to a multi-million dollar long term agreement.
It was a real pleasure doing business with Tim because he did everything he said he would do. This has not always been the case in my dealings with other service providers and landlords.
