Company Experience

Since joining the Colliers Ostendorf-Morris team in 1995, Tom has been successful in leasing and selling office buildings as well as representing users with both leasing and purchase requirements.  Up to the present, Tom has represented investors, sellers, tenants and landlords in over $200 million worth of real estate transactional value.  On numerous occasions, Tom has been a recipient of the Award of Excellence for top production within the Colliers International organization on local, national and international levels.  Tom was also recognized by NAIOP (National Association Industrial Office Properties) as the "2006 Office Broker of the Year."

Recent Assignments

Nationwide Insurance - Representing Nationwide's THI regional HQ for a 160,000 SF Office Assignment

Embassy Office Park - Represented Investor purchasing 635,000 SF in a 13 building Class A office park.

Aetna Insurance - Represented Aetna for 43,000 SF, Class A suburban office space.

Realty One Corporate Center - Sold $11.5 million, 123,000 SF, highly visible Class A office building.

NDI Medical - Representing neurostimulation medical device company in the purchase of a nine acre land parcel and up to 77,000 SF build-to-suit.

Pricewaterhouse Coopers - Represented PwC for Class A 51,000 SF of downtown Cleveland.

Lesco, Inc. - (An industry leader in lawn and turf care products) Represented Lesco to lease approximately 38,000 SF of Corporate HQ space.  Nominated "2004 Office Transaction of the Year" by NAIOP.

Novastar Mortgage - Negotiated 59,634 SF of high-end open user space to Novastar.  Nominated as Cleveland National Association Industrial Parks "Office Deal of 2003" Award.

Clear Channel Communications - (Nation's largest owner of radio stations and billboard advertisement) Negotiated the leasing of 59,228 SF of combined studio and office space.

Vorys, Sater, Seymour and Pease, LLP - Represented law firm on the renewal and expansion of 25,451 SF of premier office space.
