Ms. Lowery has 29 years experience with multi-family investment sales.  She has negotiated in excess of $2.0 Billion in closings, encompassing hundreds of investment sales transactions throughout the United States.  Her experience includes the acquisition and disposition of single and multiple portfolio assets in major cities in Texas, Florida, Georgia, North and South Carolina, California, Tennessee and Missouri.

Ms. Lowery began her career in 1980 as Senior Sales Associate with a local apartment development company. In 1993, Ms. Lowery joined Camden Property Trust, the fourth largest apartment REIT, as Acquisitions Analyst.  Part of the Acquisitions Group, during the period the Houston-based, publicly-traded, corporation acquired 20,000 units representing $500 million in multi-housing assets.  In 1997 she joined CBRE, Houston Multihousing Division, specializing in exclusively marketing multi-housing portfolios on behalf of institutional clients.  Ms. Lowery then joined Pinnacle Realty Management Company in 1998 as Vice President, Investment Sales, South Central Region, where she closed the largest transaction in the company's twenty year history, a $206 Million Dollar, 12-property portfolio located in four states.
