Ted has been in an agent with Colliers Tingey International since 1987 and is now a shareholder and senior vice president in the company.  He has been a top performer with outstanding sales achievements on many occasions.  Ted handles site location requirements for numerous regional and national tenants as well as triple "A" credit chain acquisition requirements.  Currently, he is working on the acquisition and sale/leasing of development properties.

-Handled the acquisition investment by Buffets, Inc./Tahoe Joe’s Steakhouses as well as the future development of the 25-store chain.

-Handled the lease negotiations of three John’s Incredible Universe locations and two George Brown Executive Fitness facilities, all in excess of 50,000 square feet.  Consulted on the acquisition sale of the nine store George Brown’s fitness by Bally’s Fitness Centers.

-Handled the sale of two major car dealerships in central and northern California.
