Susan has been in commercial real estate brokerage, development and consulting since 1982 in Central Florida. In 1996, Colliers Arnold bought her commercial brokerage company to start the Orlando division of Colliers Arnold/Colliers International. In addition, Susan owns her own development and consulting firm, Resource Development Investment Properties, Inc.
Areas of Specialization
For the past five years, Susan has specialized in site acquisition and disposition for hotel/timeshare/entertainment, multi-venue projects, short-term rental and other leisure users in the southwest market of Orlando, including retail centers.

Achievements
Susan, a long known leader in downtown Orlando real estate, has brokered more than $350 million of real estate, specializing in commercial investment projects. She has extensive experience in asset valuation, management, investment strategies and asset disposition, as well as site selection, leasing and purchase negotiations, and financial and market analysis.
Susan has been a(n) owner/developer/partner of over $42 million in real estate. This gives her the unique perspective of owner, investor, buyer, seller and landlord, as well as broker. Thus, creating an understanding and sensitivity to key issues of cost of development, time value of money, carrying cost, resale value, cash flow, leveraged and internal rates of return.
As a former City Planner for Orlando, Susan is conversant with governmental policy and procedure, specifically as it relates to zoning and development issues. Because of this, Susan is able to provide her clients with comprehensive brokerage services, helping to advance their project by attending pre-app meetings, assisting with fast tracking, and coordinating with the proper governmental representatives. Her multiple mayoral and gubernatorial appointments further illustrate her commitment to the community and provide her with preliminary knowledge of City and County developments.
In 1997, 1998 1999, 2001, 2005 & 2006 Susan was named “Top Producer” for the 4 Colliers Arnold offices across Florida. In 2005, she received the Orlando Business Journal's "Deal of the Year" Award. In 2006, she won the Largest Land Sale for Residential and the Largest Land Sale for Mixed-Use. In 2002, Susan won the 1st Colliers Arnold Award of Excellence.
