Susan joined Colliers International in 1996 as an owner’s and tenant’s leasing and sales representative. Before joining Colliers, Susan was involved with leasing and asset management for 3.8 million square feet of Office and R&D properties in the western United States. Susan was the Vice President for PS Business Parks, Inc.
Susan’s depth of expertise, which includes 25 years of lease negotiations, tenant improvements, marketing, budgeting, and financial analysis, allows her to better service her clients from a position of strength and sophistication. Her extensive experience encompasses all phases of new office development from pre-ground breaking planning to 100% lease up. Susan maintains long-term partnerships with her clients and has averaged over 100 successful transactions per year since 1999.
Susan has successfully marketed and leased numerous high-profile developments utilizing Colliers’ state-of-the-art technology and premier research. Her professionalism, dedication to client service and genuine enthusiasm have been key to her many successful real estate transactions.
