Sue Back is a Vice President in the firm's Raleigh/Durham office specializing in tenant representation, transaction and advisory services to corporate tenants and owners of office, laboratory, research and development real estate. Ms. Back brings over twenty years of experience to the tenant representation team and has held positions as an executive director and advisor/broker. Ms. Back's practice includes advising large national corporations with their headquarter requirements, as well as assisting local midsize, small and start up companies with their facility needs. Ms. Back is a member of Colliers' Corporate Solutions, Tenant Advisory and Life Sciences practice groups and is consistently recognized by her peers and clients as one of the region’s most accomplished tenant advisory/representation and life sciences brokers.
Since joining Colliers in 2006, Ms. Back has built the Life Sciences Practice Group into the most dominate life sciences tenant representation group in the Research Triangle Park area. Ms. Back has completed transactions equaling over 2 million square feet of life sciences, research and development type facilities throughout her career. She has also provided advisory services to multiple technology firms including Ericsson, ChannelAdvisor and Tekelec's corporate headquarters.
