For Steve, over 24 years of real estate experience includes being one of the dominant commercial/ industrial real estate providers in South Florida. He has become versatile in providing a wide range of services to corporations ranging from sophisticated printing plant build to suits developments for Gannet Corp. (52,000 square feet) to the disposition of a regional distribution center for Sherwin Williams (150,000 square feet). Recent build to suits include a 120,000 square foot manufacturing/distribution plant for Sonny’s Enterprises, 130,000 square foot headquarters and distribution center for Alfred Angelo, Inc. and 114,000 square foot manufacturing plant for Nailite, Inc. Recent existing building sales include 96,000 square feet for manufacturing to DME Corporation and 60,000 square feet for Clear Channel Communications (office and broadcast station).
In addition to his strong tenant representation experience, Mr. Wasserman has represented several major owners throughout South Florida, such as:
