Steve Levitas joined Colliers Bennett & Kahnweiler in 2005 as Vice President with the Corporate Office Advisors.
Previously, Steve worked with The John Buck Company beginning in 1998 as an Associate with the firm’s Strategic Advisory Group. He assisted in all stages of various lease transactions pursued by the Strategic Advisory Division, including preparing financial analyses of potential lease transactions; analyzing alternative financial structures to minimize occupancy costs and risk for JBC clients; conducting market research studies and tracking leasing activity in active JBC markets; and preparing proposals for potential Strategic Advisory Group clients.
Prior to joining JBC, Mr. Levitas served as an Account Manager for Waste Management, Inc., a Fortune 500 company and world leader in the environmental services industry. Mr. Levitas managed large corporate account relationships for clients such as Ford Motor Company, Unichema, Inc. and Nalco Chemical Corporation.
