Steve’s commercial real estate career began with the Pickett Companies more than twenty years ago, and since that time his focus has been office sales and leasing. He left Pickett in 1983 to join CB Richard Ellis, where he served until 1992. That year, Steve joined Edward B. Carey and Susan Liggett as a principal in a full service commercial real estate firm that became Carey Falor Realty Partners.
In November 2005, he became the Managing Principal of Colliers Turley Martin Tucker - Columbus. His wealth of knowledge about the Columbus and national market, coupled with a strong business acumen make him an efficient leader of the Columbus team.

While at CB Richard Ellis Steve earned “Top Five” status seven times and worked his way to the title of First Vice President. He was also named to the Chairman’s Club in 1991. Under his leadership at Carey Falor, the firm was listed among the 25 largest commercial real estate firms according to Business First. |
