Steve joined Colliers International in 1982 as a sales associate specializing in industrial properties. He became a principal in the Bakersfield office in 1993 and has served on the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee. Mr. Haupt has earned a reputation throughout the industry as a consistent performer working diligently on behalf of his clients.

Steve has leased or sold over 8.8 million square feet of warehouse space, 2,411 acres of land and over 1.57 million square feet of industrial investments.

Steve has been awarded with Top Performer Honors in 16 of his years with the firm, including Salesman of the Year in 2005.

Steve is an active industrial member and Past President of the Greater Los Angeles Chapter of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR).

Steve has an established track record of co-representing tenants and landlords with some of the top brokers in the nation, including Cushman & Wakefield, Hart Corporation, Lee & Associates, Staubach Company, Studley, Trammel Crow and Jones Lang LaSalle
