Stephen has been a commercial real estate broker specializing in the sales and leasing of triple net retail investments since November 2015.  He is part of the Hale Retail Team with his father John Hale, which in the past two years alone have completed over 65 transactions, representing a dollar value in excess of $100 million.  Stephen has developed a solid reputation for creating strategic marketing campaigns to enhance and increase the value of his client’s commercial real estate.  His clients range from corporate and institutional investors as well as the individuals with an interest in real estate.

Prior to his career in real estate, Stephen played 5 years of professional golf on numerous tours including the PGA Tour LatinoAmerica, PGA Tour Canada, E Golf Tour, Golden State Tour, and Gateway Tour gaining 4 professional victories.

Education

Stephen joined the Bakersfield Office of Colliers Tingey International, Inc. in November of 2015, partnering with his father John Hale in the Retail Properties Group.  Together they make up the Hale Retail Team specializing in triple net investment sales, Landlord representation and Tenant representation.  Stephen was educated at University of California, Berkeley in the College of Letters and Science, earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies - Political Psychology in 2011.
