He specializes in office tenant representation and has worked with a wide array of business entities from corporations to small businesses, successfully representing firms across diverse industries including Schlumberger, CenterPoint Energy, Kinder Morgan, Quorum Business Solutions, Shell Employees Federal Credit Union, BE&K, and Sun Microsystems. His proven talent as a commercial real estate broker is enhanced by his professional background as a CPA/MBA, which allows him a sophisticated understanding of his clients’ corporate real estate needs.

Before embarking on his career in commercial real estate, Mr. Voelkel was a practicing Certified Public Accountant providing clients with tax, accounting and consulting services.
