Sheryl Thomas joined Colliers International in 2008 as a member of the Colliers Multifamily Advisory Group (CMAG). Thomas has over 10 years of commercial real estate research and marketing experience. Sheryl has participated in numerous transactions that total over one million square feet. Prior joining Colliers, she was the Marketing Manager for MSC Properties, Inc., a Houston based multi-disciplined commercial real estate brokerage firm where she was responsible for the coordination of all marketing efforts, as well as assisting with researching efforts for acquiring new sites for their clients. Prior to MSC Properties, she was employed with Cushman & Wakefield of Texas, Inc. where she was Research Specialist for the office, land, and industrial divisions. Her area of expertise includes developing and maintaining a staged marketing program for listing assignments, monitoring critical dates through the due diligence process, marketing initiatives that include web design and implementation, creation and maintaining databases for tracking deals and market trends, as well as the development of new marketing materials.
