As an industrial broker in the San Francisco East Bay, I specialize in the sales and leasing of industrial space along the I-880 corridor as well as in Concord, Dublin and Livermore.  My goal is to be as valuable as possible to my clients as they evaluate the full range of opportunities in the market, whether they are looking for warehouse, mixed use, light industrial, or R&D/Flex space for their business. 

Getting the real estate component right is fundamental to a business’s long term success and I am dedicated to helping my clients locate the property that meets the multiple demands of their business most effectively.  This market is competitive, so it takes deep market insight, along with significant analysis and creative thinking, to uncover the best options in the marketplace. 

My clients are extremely busy people, and I know that reliability, responsiveness, proactive communication and immaculate follow-through on the transaction itself are essential for a successful working relationship.  At present, I handle the sales and leasing for 1.3 million SF of industrial space in the marketplace, and I deeply value the relationships I have made over my 17 years in the business.  I work as if every business I represent is my own, and judge my success from the repeat business as well as the referrals that come from the clients I represent.   

When I am not working, I coach youth baseball and soccer.  I volunteer actively in my children’s school, and in the community of Orinda where I live with my family.
