Scott joined Colliers International in April 1996 as an associate specializing in office sales and leasing. He has proven to be an integral member of the “team approach” philosophy towards successful representation.

Scott has leased or sold over 2 million square feet of office product. Since 1996, Scott and the Bakersfield Office Properties Team have been directly involved in over 50% of the total lease transactions completed in the Bakersfield market.
