Scott began his career in the fi nancial services area first with Mellon Mortgage Company and then FINOVA Realty Capital where he arranged financing consisting of equity placements, bridge loans, mezzanine debt, construction loans, and long-term, fixed-rate debt. From the financial arena, Scott joined Mission Property Company as the head of the multi-family division. Subsequently, Mission Property Company merged with Colliers. During his career, Scott has executed the acquisition, disposition, development, and conversions amounting to over $450 million in value.
