Scott joined Colliers in 1989 after working with the York Region Board of Education acquiring public elementary and secondary school sites. A graduate of the University of Waterloo in Urban and Regional Planning, Scott is well versed in the zoning and development of land. Since joining Colliers, Scott has specialized in the sale of commercial and industrial land, while also concentrating on sales in the suburban markets of investment and industrial properties.
 
 
Scott also specializes in the sale of operational pharmaceutical production and research facilities. His most recent work is with Pfizer Inc and the sale of its Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API) manufacturing campus in Augusta, Georgia, as well as consulting work performed for King Pharmaceuticals.
