Scott Latham is a vice chairman in and co-lead of Colliers International’s New York Capital Markets & Investment Services division. His responsibilities span from team management and strategy development to brokerage activities such as sales and recapitalizations and equity raising for investment real estate, and creation and execution of international marketing programs. Mr. Latham also engages in note sales, sale/leasebacks, partial interest sales and recapitalizations, including optimal debt solutions.

Accomplishments

Mr. Latham has nearly 35 years of investment sales, buyer representation and advisory experience and has completed assignments valued at more than $50 billion. Select prominent New York City properties he has sold include:

Education

Prior to joining Colliers in 2016, Mr. Latham was one of four senior partners who led JLL’s New York Capital Markets group. Earlier, he served as vice chairman in Cushman & Wakefield’s Capital Markets group. In 2005, he was the top producing investment sales professional at Cushman & Wakefield; two years later, Mr. Latham and three partners were the top four producers at Cushman & Wakefield globally. Prior to that, he headed the New York Capital Markets team at CB Richard Ellis, where he represented institutional owners and specialized at global marketing programs.

Mr. Latham earned a BFA from Rhode Island School of Design (RISD).
