For most of his 15-year career in commercial real estate, Mr. Horowitz has ranked in the Top 10% of all metro Atlanta commercial real estate agents.  In 2001 and 2003, he was in the top five at Colliers Spectrum Cauble by producing over $20 million each year in sales and leasing volume. In 1999 & 2003, he was recognized by The Atlanta Board of Realtors as a Top 5 industrial producer in Metro Atlanta.

Mr. Horowitz’ comprehensive knowledge of the Atlanta market, combined with his proven ability to evaluate, analyze and select market options allows him to effectively serve as advocate and consultant for a diverse corporate clientele.  A few of Mr. Horowitz’ recent lease transactions included Echosphere Corporation (250,000 s.f.), Lennox Industries (101,000s.f.), Mary Kay Cosmetics (134,000 s.f.), Computer Exchange (56,000 s.f.), Climatic  Corporation (102,000 s.f.) and Atlanta Dental (51,000 s.f.).  Throughout his career, Mr. Horowitz has been involved in over 300 lease/sales transactions while building a loyal clientele in a competitive marketplace.

Mr. Horowitz’ success in representing corporations throughout Atlanta is recognized by his membership in the Atlanta Board of Realtors Million Dollar Club since 1990.  His extensive community involvement includes volunteer and fund raising work with Hands on Atlanta, Jewish Federation of Greater Atlanta, United Way, and Pace Academy Alumni Fund.  Annually, he participates in raising funds for the developmentally disabled adult population in Metro Atlanta.  Mr. Horowitz is also a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors.
