EXPERIENCE
Scott Bazoian joined Colliers Turley Martin Tucker (CTMT) in 1983 as a broker specializing in office leasing and sales. He was named Assistant Vice President in 1988, Vice President in 1990, Senior Vice President in 1994, and served as Managing Principal of the St. Louis office from 1999-2004. In 1993, Scott became an owner of the firm and joined CTMT’s Board of Directors. He was elected as a member of The Society of
Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) in 1989 and earned his CCIM designation in 1996, joining an elite group of approximately 400 real estate specialists nationwide who hold the dual SIOR/CCIM designation.
Since joining CTMT, Scott has earned CTMT’s Chairman Circle Award for sales excellence every year since 1987 and was recognized as the company’s top producer in 2000 and 2001. Over the past five years Scott has completed over 5.0 million square feet of office sale and lease transactions valued at over $460 million.
