Scot Marker is a Senior Vice President in the Retail Division at Colliers International's Las Vegas Office. Since beginning his career in 1995 he has sucessfully negotiated many transactions with national concepts as a tenant representative as well as marketing a variety of retail developments in the Greater Las Vegas Market. 

Immediately after graduating he proceeded with a career in sales with a nationally known construction equipment corporation prior to his venture into commercial real estate. Mr. Marker represents a number of chain restaurants such as Darden Restaurants, which encompasses Olive Garden, Red Lobster, Bahama Breeze & Smoky Bones BBQ Sports Bar - BJ's Restaurants, Inc. - Landry's Restaurants Inc. - Marie Calendar's franchisee - Jason's Deli Restaurant and Memphis Championship Barbeque. Additional tenant representation assignments include United Airlines, Zales Corporation, Mattress Firm Inc., Verizon Mobile, Discount Tire Company, Bootworld, Inc.,Oak Discounters, Leather Trading Company and Wells Fargo Mortgage.  In addition to the tenant representation assignments previously mentioned, he has also marketed properties owned and operated by such entities as Kimco Realty, Donahue Schriber, Damavandi Capital, Jack Tarr Development and O&S Holdings. Mr. Marker is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and sits on the Colliers International Retail Steering Committee and Western Regional Retail Council.
