Mr. Keeton joined Colliers Multi-Family Advisory Group of North America (CMAG) in April 2006 and works directly with Teresa Guidotti Lowery, Principal and Chairman of CMAG. Under the leadership of Teresa Lowery the Multi-Family Team has been responsible for the sale and purchase of more than $1.4 Billion in Multi-Family transactions in the State of Texas. Mr. Keeton brings his financial and marketing expertise, as well as deal making experience, to the Houston team with a focus on acquisition/disposition of Class A and B properties. He is also focused on site selection and acquisition for multi-family development.
In 2002, he joined Colliers International as a sales associate focusing on industrial properties and unimproved land. In the summer of 2003, Mr. Keeton helped launch Colliers International’s life science initiative in the Houston office. As a result of the this expertise, Mr. Keeton was part of a small group that was selected, in early 2004, as exclusive marketing representatives for the Spectrum Commerce Center, in Pearland, Texas, a 150-acre advanced sciences business park.

Mr. Keeton received his Bachelor of Arts in Communication at Trinity University in 1995, his Master of Sports Administration from Ohio University in 1996, and his Master of Business Administration from Rice University in 2002.
