Sandy joined Colliers in 2008. She has worked in the Pennsylvania, New Jersey & Delaware commercial real estate markets for nearly 20 years. Sandy possesses a solid understanding of the market and its complexities and has extensive experience in real estate leasing, asset management, design/build construction, redevelopment plans, financial and strategic planning.

PROFESSIONAL ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Prior to joining Colliers, Sandy was the Director of Leasing in the Urban Division of Brandywine Realty Trust, overseeing the activity for a 4 million SF portfolio located in Center City Philadelphia and the Wilmington, DE suburbs and CBD. She spearheaded the leasing/marketing of a 1 million SF redevelopment project for JP Morgan Investment Management, Inc. as Vice President of Leasing/Asset Management while at Keystone Property Trust. Prior to that Sandy held key roles in leasing and asset management for several national institutional owners and investors.

Sandy’s career in commercial real estate has created a rich experience base in urban and suburban markets from New York to Virginia in a wide variety of asset types ranging from office to flex/industrial to mixed-use development.
