EXPERIENCE:Sandra joined Colliers International in 1998 following 12 years of performance with CB Richard Ellis. In 1998 she received the highest honor from Opus West Corporation, “Broker of the Year”. She was ranked one of Costar Groups East Bay’s top Rated Power Brokers for 2007 based on retail leasing transaction volume. Sandra was the top Retail Broker in the Colliers International Northern California Division for 2001 and was designated by Colliers International as a regional director on the Steering Committee in 2000. She served as Chairperson of the Colliers Culture Committee. Awarded the top producer in the Walnut Creek office and top retail salesperson in the CB Commercial Northern California Region in 1988, Sandra continued to be one of the top brokers in the region, receiving the most accumulative standing recognition in 1990.Sandra was the first woman speaker at the National CB Commercial ICSC Convention in Las Vegas in 1991, and served as a member of CB Commercials Retail Tenant Services, and the National Retail Network specialty divisions within CB Commercial consisting of the leading tenant rep brokers. She was also awarded the Chevron Outstanding Achievement Award. Sandra leased Hacienda Crossings, a 52 acre, Power/Entertainment center of approximately 500,000 square feet in Dublin, the Tri-Valley. This center has the first East Bay I-Max Theatre. Sandra’s areas of expertise are in the areas of the 880, 580 and 680 corridors. It includes regional mall consulting and leasing, pre-development of a proposed 176,650± square foot Factory Outlet Center, leasing of various neighborhood shopping centers, restaurant sites and tenant representation. In addition, Sandra’s experience includes the sale of shopping centers, land development and investment opportunities.
