Ryan specializes in the leasing of office properties in the South and North Johnson County marketplace. Additionally, he specializes in consulting, acquisitions and dispositions of office properties. Ryan presently represents over 500,000 square feet of office space for building owners in Johnson County, Kansas.
Since joining Colliers Turley Martin Tucker in October, 1999, Ryan has acquired brokerage expertise in office sales and leasing, tenant and owner representation and consulting. Ryan has achieved recent success for clients in both tenant and landlord requirements. This success includes the completion of 68 office transactions in 2007.
