Ryan is a part of the Colliers Spectrum Cauble’s Industrial team as a tenant representation junior partner.  His role is to grow the client database of the Industrial Services Group. His duties include cold calling, lead generation and follow up with client contacts. Ryan also gathers market research involving statistical market data, area lease comparables, sales comparables, investment criteria, available properties, property tours, financial analysis and deal execution for his clients.  Ryan is part of a two-person team and brings with him the experience and assistance of a 20-year real estate veteran.

Ryan comes to Colliers from Grubb & Ellis with two years of experience in the Atlanta commercial real estate market.  There he generated many leads and tenant clients.  His dedication to extensive service for his clients makes him a perfect addition to the Colliers team. 

Prior to joining Grubb & Ellis in 2005, Ryan was a Graduate of the University of
Virginia.  While attending the University, Ryan was a part of Virginia’s Varsity Football Team where he learned the importance of teamwork and communication as well as accountability, organization, and dedication. Ryan earned Varsity Letters in 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003 and gained a starting position as wide receiver in fall 2003.  At Virginia, Ryan learned the value of hard work and the importance of responding to tough situations.
