Ryan Rosendin specializes in advising tenants with the development and implementation of their real estate strategies locally throughout Silicon Valley, regionally & globally. Ryan provides tenant representation services to technology companies that deliver customized real estate solutions, while reducing costs and increasing efficiencies throughout the workplace. Ryan assists his clients with strategic planning, site selection, financial analysis, negotiation and transaction structuring to instrument facility/space acquisitions, dispositions, relocations, expansions, renewals & consolidations for companies of all sizes.

Ryan Rosendin Joined the Colliers International team in 2010,specializing in representing technology companies on leasing and purchase transactions in Silicon Valley. Ryan’s creative approach to solving clientneeds coupled with his strong financial background and determination, and has enabled him to successfully complete various complex and often time-critical leasing and purchase transactions. Ryan believes in building long-lasting relationships that foster a collaborative team oriented environment, and maximizing communication with his clients. He consistently exceeds client expectations through his integrity, work ethic and dedication to delivering results. Ryan’s ultimate goal is to arrive at a value-adding, future-oriented, real estate decision that will help to better position the companies he works with.

​Ryan Rosendin is a San Jose native, where he attended Bellarmine College Preparatory, and obtained his Bachelors of Science in Commerce with a major in Finance from Santa Clara University. While attending Santa Clara, Ryan was a member of Alpha Kappa Psi- Professional Business Fraternity, and a Founding Member of Sigma Chi Fraternity’s Lambda Gamma Santa Clara chapter. Outside of work, Ryan enjoys surfing, mountain biking and playing guitar. Ryan and his wife Heather currently reside in Willow Glen.
