CORPORATE EXPERIENCE
Ryan Clintworth is specifically focused on investment real estate ranging from income assets to land development to sustainability accounts. Ryan helps principals, owners, investors and developers to increase product value in acquisition, disposition and development deals.
Prior to joining Colliers International in 2008, Ryan spent three years as a Sales Associate with Arizona’s most renowned residential real estate firm where he consistently increased annual sales volume. His brokerage career was preceded by three years as a Project Engineer for national GC/CM firms in the building industry. Ryan has worked on project management teams in Phoenix and Los Angeles building public and private projects with contract values from $2M to $600M.
The array of professional experience Ryan has working on the built environment provides clients with valuable knowledge and properties with branded representation. Clintworth’s networking skill sets, analytical capabilities, and principled integrity place him on challenging assignments throughout the South Puget Sound and various other western markets.
