ROSS MOORE is Executive Vice President and Director of Market & Economic Research for Colliers International.  As director of market and economic research, he is responsible for market and economic analysis, strategic planning and new product development.  Colliers International is a full service real estate company with offices across the US and throughout Canada, Asia Pacific, Latin America and Europe and ranks as one of the largest real estate services companies in the world.

Mr. Moore holds a B.A. in economics and is an accredited investment analyst.  He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts (CFA) and CFA Society of the UK.  Prior to joining Colliers in 1993, Mr. Moore worked for several years in the UK for a global real estate service provider.  Ross is also a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and the Urban Land Institute (ULI) where he is the current Chair of the ULI British Columbia District Council.  Ross is a recognized expert on commercial real estate markets and a frequent speaker at industry conferences where he provides commentary and analysis on industry trends.
