Bob specializes in the sales and leasing of office properties in the Greater Cincinnati market.
Bob has completed over $300 million of office transactions in the Cincinnati Office market in the past three years. Bob has just completed the largest suburban deal in the past decade representing Cincinnati Bell in a 230,000 square foot lease at Central Park in Norwood. Bob has also recently represented General Electric in a 95,000 square foot lease at Princeton Hill in Tri County. He also represented Higgins Development Partners in leasing 360,000 square feet of office space at Centre Point Office Park in the I-75 Corridor. He was the exclusive leasing representative for Cornerstone I and brought occupancy to 95% prior to the December 1, 2004 opening.
Bob and his partner, Mike Hartmann, have been the most active office brokers in Cincinnati over the past ten years.
Prior to entering the commercial real estate industry, Bob managed the Cincinnati sales office for Alden Press, a Chicago-based catalog printer, with responsibility for a six state territory. Bob increased sales by over 50% each year in that position.
Bob is actively involved with the Greater Cincinnati Chamber of Commerce as well as fundraising activities for his children’s school. He serves as a board member at St. Ursula Villa and he is also heavily involved in coaching boy’s basketball and soccer.
