Mr. Oare is responsible for major client industrial representation in the Baltimore Washington Corridor. He has represented property owners such as Continental Realty Corporation, Prudential Real Estate, London Fog Manufacturing, BTR Capital Group, Miller Investments and The Zamoiski Company. Mr. Oare has assisted organizations such as Jos. A. Bank Clothiers, Beacon Roofing, Aetna Life Insurance, Howard County Government and Dal-Tile Corporation on major industrial and office acquisitions.
Prior to joining Colliers Pinkard, Mr. Oare served as a Senior Vice President/Brokerage with Trammell Crow Company and Manekin Corporation.
