Bob Miller is currently responsible for supervising the property management department. This department manages a substantial amount of real estate owned by institutional and local investors.

Experience

Mr. Miller has been in the asset management business since 1985.  He started his career as an on-site building manager in downtown Chicago and later held positions as an institutional asset manager for CitiCorp Real Estate and The Travelers Realty Investment Corporation.  Bob is well versed in all aspects of property management including financial control, budgeting, construction management, and preventative maintenance.  He also has vast experience in running numerous asset valuations and budgeting software programs.
