I have more than 20 years’ experience in real estate, specializing in commercial sales and leasing. I started my professional real estate career in 1994 at Jones Lang Wootton (today Jones Lang LaSalle) in Frankfurt, heading the CBD leasing team as an authorized representative of the firm from 1999 on.

In 2001, I became Managing Director of CB Richard Ellis in Frankfurt. Still an agent and actively involved in the office agency business, I was responsible for directing and co-ordinating the overall business activities for the Frankfurt office.

As Head of Business Space at Cushman & Wakefield in Frankfurt, I was running the business space team Germany from 2003 till 2007. I was responsible for restructuring and re-setting the office & industrial leasing department. As a Partner, I was member of the German management board and participating in the sector practice groups (banking, legal firm and pharma) of Cushman & Wakefield London.

From 2007 until 2010, I again was working for Jones Lang LaSalle in Frankfurt. As Head of Investment and Associate Director, I was heading the national investment team Frankfurt.

I joined Colliers Schön & Lopez Schmitt GmbH in January 2011 as Director Investment.

My major investment clients cover a broad spectrum from institutional global funds, open and closed-ended funds, opportunity funds, private/public property companies, investment/private banks, as well as high net worth individuals. Transactions for these clients have ranged from smaller lot sized to large scale deals.
