Rob A. Detling joined Colliers International Valuation & Advisory Services in March 2003. Rob has significant valuation experience across all major commercial property types. He maintains expertise in valuation of core and value-add assets for clients requiring ARGUS Valuation DCF. Rob is a member of the CIVAS Multi-Housing practice group (apartments, condominiums, manufactured housing communities). He has been qualified as an expert witness by courts in California and Nevada.
Rob was born in Oakland, CA and attended Brigham Young University where he received a bachelor’s degree in management from the Marriott School. He lived in the Caribbean for 2 years, speaks fluent Spanish, and has worked on valuation assignments in Latin America.
