Richard (Rick) Vaughn has been involved in real estate in Atlanta since 1980. Most recently Mr. Vaughn was the Director of Real Estate at HD Supply, formerly owned by Home Depot. At HD Supply Mr. Vaughn was responsible for the asset management, disposition, leasing, and development activity. Since 2006 Mr. Vaughn was responsible for over $220 million in sales, leasing and development transactions through-out North America.

Prior to taking the positions as Director of Real Estate at HD Supply, Mr. Vaughn was the Vice President of Development at Dexter Companies, LLC. There he was responsible for all development activities of office, retail and industrial properties. He completed a three-phase, seven office and industrial building complex totaling over 425,000 square feet and valued at over $31 million.

Mr. Vaughn is active in all of Atlanta’s major submarkets. He joined Colliers International in 2009 as a Vice President of Industrial Services.
