Rick returned to Colliers International in 2008 as Managing Partner of the Peninisula Office after 9 years in the residential development industry. His development experience includes land acquisition, pro-forma analysis, property due diligence, and securing project entitlements for in-fill developments in the Bay Area. His work at two development companies brings a unique level of experience to Colliers to work with his clients in identifying, analyzing and qualifying development and investment opportunities. Rick has a total of 27 years of real estate experience including 19 years in the commercial brokerage industry. During his career Rick has negotiated over 1,000 sale and lease transactions on behalf of his clients or companies. He has been a top producer several years and has received the Broker of the Year Award from the Association of Silicon Valley Brokers. Rick is active in the local community as a member of the Board of Fellows and the Board of Trustees for Bronco Bench at Santa Clara University and the St. Leo’s pre-school program which sponsors underprivileged children’s education. He and his wife of 24 years, Jody, and their 2 children reside in Monte Sereno, California.
