Richard L. Soloff joined Colliers Lanard & Axilbund in 1983 and became a Partner in 2004. For over 20 years, he has focused his efforts exclusively on developing the firm’s Retail Division. Under his leadership, Colliers L&A has built and maintained an impressive retail client base, providing services including Tenant representation, Landlord representation, retail rollout, shopping center and portfolio sales, and Investment 1031 Tax-Free Exchanges.
